A burnished gold-coloured harvest ale brewed with English Challenger Hops for bitterness and aroma, complemented with subtle smooth roasted malt sweetness. The brewery has the intention to brew Tin Fish as a single varietal harvest hop bitter changing the hop variety each year showcasing a different English hop variety each year.
