A burnished gold-coloured ale with a fresh grass aroma, the palate has soft fruits and a subtle soft roasted malt flavour. The finish is initially a smooth oat malt character followed by a lasting vibrant bitterness. The six Type 45 beer names change every year but are brewed with the same passion each time.
